About the founder & CEO
Ryan McNeil, founder of Nosara Prime Realty, has been a real estate professional all of his life and gained a wealth of knowledge on home renovations and new builds from his family’s home building business. He went out on his own at 24 years old, bought and renovated a luxury property in the foremost section of Guiones and manages it as a lucrative rental villa to this day. He’s delivered on a multitude of project from small remodels, complete teardowns and rebuilds, pools, spas and new builds all over Costa Rica.
